Does anybody out there think that Burke can beat G.I. this year ? Just curious.

Posted on 1/25 3:40 PM | IP: Logged

Probably not. There is a small chance, and if someone is going to beat them it will be Burke, but it is pretty hard/unlikely to see that happening. One thing that could play a role is that when GI was at the Top of the Rockies meet, Dante Rodriguez won his weight class and has been offered the opportunity to train at the Olympic Training Center in C.S. It would be unlikely he would accept before the end of the year, but him leaving would probably be Burkes best chance.

The problem for Burke is that G.I. has 3 kids who you are as much of a "sure" thing to win state as you can have at this point of the year in Rodriguez, Trujillo, and Reidy
