One of the most legendary coaches in Nebraska high school history, Bob Fuller is back in the game, last week accepting the head football and wrestling coaching jobs at Grand Island Central Catholic.
Winner of 286 games in his high school coaching career, Fuller last coached at Auburn in the 2014 season before stepping away from the game. He takes over for Kurt Finkey as head coach at GICC.
In addition to coaching state finals teams at Farnam, Plattsmouth, Cambridge, McCook and Wellington, Kan., Fuller also served as Nebraska Shrine Bowl head coach twice, Kansas Shrine Bowl head coach twice, and the Western All-Star Game head coach twice.
