One of the more talented athletes in the state of North Carolina is E.J. Abrams-Ward from Thomasville (N.C.) High. Abrams-Ward is 6-foot-5, 205 pounds and sports a 4.6-second 40-yard dash time.

That is part of the reason why Abrams-Ward has pick of offers early in the process.

"A lot of teams so far have offered," Abrams-Ward said. "Clemson has offered. Chapel Hill has, NC State, ECU, South Carolina also has offered. I am getting a lot of interest from schools like Boston College. Tennessee has offered. Notre Dame has shown a little interest, so has Florida."
