Las Vegas, Nevada defensive end Billy Winn, the top prospect in the Silver State, recently received an offer from Texas Tech and is ranked as the 28th best defensive end in the nation.

Not surprisingly, the Winn family has been extremely busy fielding phone calls from programs across the nation anxious to receive a commitment from their son.

Most of the schools doing the calling have also been sending official scholarship offers. This includes schools such as Oregon, Washington, Texas Tech, Arizona State, and seven others.
